Powerback Rehabilitation seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to provide evidence-based evaluation and treatment for adults in post-acute, outpatient, and home-based settings. You will manage a caseload focused on communication, cognition, and swallowing, develop patient-centered care plans, and document outcomes using EMR. Collaborate closely with PT, OT, nursing, and physicians to maximize function and independence. Contribute to care conferences, educate patients and families, and participate in ongoing clinical training within a supportive, outcome-driven rehab team.
