Full job description
Wellstar is seeking a Breast Sonographer (PRN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered breast ultrasound imaging in our comprehensive breast care program. In this role, you will perform diagnostic breast ultrasounds, assist with image-guided interventional procedures, and ensure accurate image acquisition and documentation in PACS/EMR systems. You’ll collaborate closely with radiologists, nurses, and technologists, prioritize patient comfort and safety, and follow established protocols and regulatory standards. PRN status offers flexible shifts while working within a collaborative, learning-focused health system.
