Physical Therapist - Full Time

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time or part-time role with an established home health agency in Atascadero, CA. You will help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they are recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapy license is preferred. Candidates requiring a California license will be considered.
• Home Health experience preferred. New graduates and clinicians transitioning from other settings will be considered.
• Comfort serving rural and coastal patient populations and traveling within the assigned territory (North County—Atascadero/Templeton/Paso Robles).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle to meet travel expectations.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.



Position Details:

• Home Health Physical Therapy need in North County
• Paid per visit model + hourly with clinician autonomy. Four-day workweek may be available for full-time clinicians.
