Inpatient Clinical Pharmacist

UCHealth is seeking a Clinical Inpatient Pharmacist to provide advanced, patient-centered pharmaceutical care within an acute care setting. In this role, you will verify and optimize medication orders, perform pharmacokinetic and therapeutic drug monitoring, and support safe, evidence-based use of medications for diverse patient populations. You’ll collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams on rounds, contribute to antimicrobial stewardship, oversee sterile compounding, and ensure regulatory compliance while mentoring staff and students in a learning-focused, team-oriented environment.
