Lead Windows and Doors Installer – Construction

Marvin is seeking a Lead Installer to oversee the installation of premium windows, doors, and skylights for residential and commercial projects. This role leads a small crew, plans daily work, and ensures installations meet Marvin quality, safety, and building code standards. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, taking precise measurements, using hand and power tools, sealing and flashing openings, troubleshooting onsite issues, and training junior installers. The Lead Installer partners closely with customers, contractors, and internal teams to deliver a safe, efficient jobsite and an exceptional final fit and finish on every project.
