Job Description:

As a Burger King Team Member, you will be an essential part of our restaurant operations, ensuring every customer receives a high-quality experience and delicious food in a fast-paced and friendly environment.

Responsibilities:
* Prepare and serve food and beverages according to Burger King's strict quality and sanitation standards.
* Operate cash registers, handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, and provide correct change.
* Greet customers warmly, take orders efficiently, and resolve any customer concerns or complaints professionally.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining areas, food preparation stations, and restrooms.
* Restock inventory, assist with deliveries, and ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
* Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
* Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications:
* Must be at least 16 years of age.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong customer service orientation.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Prior food service experience is a plus, but not required; training will be provided.
