Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered physical therapy treatments as directed by a licensed Physical Therapist, ensuring compliance with treatment plans and protocols.
• Engage effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to educate them about therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, and preventive measures regarding their physical rehabilitation.
• Conduct thorough documentation and maintain accurate records of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress in a timely manner using electronic healthcare records.
• Implement infection control protocols and adhere strictly to safety guidelines to prevent contamination during patient interactions.
• Stay up-to-date with mandatory continuing education requirements and actively contribute to in-service training programs.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
