We are a continuous casting aluminum rolling mill who established operations in 1984 and located in Fort Lupton Colorado, 35 miles north of downtown Denver. Fabrication Technician Benefits:
· $28+ per hour (Dependent on Qualifications)
· Up to $1,200 quarterly bonus
· $3 per hour night shift differential

Transforms materials into finished products by cutting, bending, shaping and assembling components.
· Follow and abide by all plant safety policies and guidelines
· Read blueprints, schematics and work orders to understand design requirements, layouts, dimensions and welding requirements.
· Measure, cut, bend and shape metal components and assemblies according to technical plans.
· Join parts using welding, soldering, riveting or fasteners, ensuring proper alignment and fit
· Operate various welding machines (e.g., MIG, TIG, arc) and hand power tools.
· Inspect finished products for accuracy, functionality and adherence to specifications. Requirements:
· Ability to demonstrate strong proficiency in troubleshooting in shop activities.
· Ability to effectively communicate, problem solve, and multi-task in both slow-pace & fast-paced environments.
· Proficiency in multiple welding techniques.
· Self-starter, requiring little supervision once training is complete, and be self-motivated when not given a specific task.
· Demonstrate ability and excel at safely operating overhead crane, fork trucks, and other mobile equipment.
· Precision-minded and maintain a clean and organized work space
· Basic computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Word, & excel)
· Position can be physically demanding requiring ability to lift 50 pounds, ability to work in various positions (flat, vertical and overhead) and reach overhead frequently
