We are launching a

brand-new OB-GYN Hospitalist program

at

Sequoia Hospital

and are seeking

four OB-GYN Hospitalists plus one OB-GYN Hospitalist Medical Director

to help build and shape this exciting service line from the ground up.

Schedule:

24-hour, in-house shifts,

5 OB-GYN Hospitalists
Clinical Scope:
OB and GYN triage/surgery
Labor & delivery management
Obstetric and gynecologic emergencies
Inpatient consults
Clinical Environment
Hospital Deliveries:

~1,200 births annually
24-hour in-house anesthesia
Interventional radiology
Level II NICU

with Medical Director support from Stanford
Maternal-Fetal Medicine support from Stanford
Collaborative care alongside community OB/GYNs and nursing teams

Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
5 years of clinical experience preferred

Pay Range Based on Hours:

Annual compensation is $312,000 - $438,000.

Medical Director stipend is $25,000.
Regular full-time is classified as team members who are consistently scheduled and work 30 hours or more on a weekly basis.

NOTE:

Team members at least 21 years old and are active full-time or part-time employee are eligible to participate in our 401(k) Plan at the time of hire.

Team members who meet the plans minimum age requirement can enroll in the plan at any time, and contributions will begin as soon as administratively possible.
Team Members are eligible to begin participating in the ESPP if they have been employed by Pediatrix for two consecutive months prior to the start of each calendar quarterly offering period and are scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours per week for five consecutive months during the year.
Paid Sick Leave :
Eligible full-time team members will receive a lump-sum grant of 40 hours or five days, whichever is more beneficial to the team member, of paid sick leave each year on January 1. A newly hired full-time team member will receive a prorated lump-sum grant after working for 90 days. A lumpsum grant will then be provided on January 1 in each subsequent year as long as the team member remains eligible. Unused sick leave granted under this policy does not carry over from one year to the following year.
NOTE:

The Company will not pay team members for unused sick leave upon termination of employment.
