Job Details- Manage a docket of sexual abuse and institutional liability cases.
- Conduct client meetings and maintain compassionate communication with survivors.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and case evaluations.
- Conduct and defend depositions.
- Prepare matters for mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial.
- Coordinate with experts, investigators, and medical professionals.
- Develop litigation strategy alongside senior attorneys.
