Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC OASIS experience Home health experience Master's Degree or Doctorate
Assignment Details Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Shift days: Monday through Friday On call/weekend requirement: No Coverage area: 50 miles in all directions
