This is a client service and account management role designed for someone who is ready to take the next step into greater account ownership. No production is required.

The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in Commercial P&C, has begun taking ownership of client relationships and renewals, and is ready to grow into serving as the primary account manager on an assigned book of business.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the primary service contact for assigned commercial clients
  • Manage day-to-day servicing, client requests, endorsements, certificates, billing questions, and account activity
  • Support and lead portions of the renewal process for assigned accounts
  • Prepare proposals and renewal documentation
  • Communicate directly with clients, carriers, brokers, and underwriters
  • Prepare submissions and assist with marketing accounts to insurance markets
  • Review coverage needs and identify potential gaps or changes
  • Negotiate terms, conditions, coverage, and premiums on assigned accounts
  • Bind coverage and coordinate account documentation
  • Participate in client and renewal meetings
  • Work closely with senior account management professionals and producers on more complex issues
  • Take increasing ownership of approximately 25–30 commercial accounts
  • Continue developing into a fully independent Commercial Lines Account Manager

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–4 years of Commercial Lines insurance experience
  • Active Property & Casualty license
  • Experience supporting or managing commercial client accounts
  • Exposure to renewals, endorsements, certificates, proposals, submissions, and carrier communication
  • Someone who is already serving as a primary on some accounts or is ready to take that next step
  • Construction experience preferred, but backgrounds in real estate, manufacturing, distribution, or other middle-market industries can also translate well
  • Strong client service, organization, communication, and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Applied Epic experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits

  • $75,000–$85,000 base salary
  • Annual bonus opportunity
  • Flexible PTO
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Safe Harbor 401(k) with a 3% employer contribution
  • In-house continuing education and professional development
  • Clear growth path into higher-level account management roles
  • Team outings, events, and community outreach opportunities
  • Hybrid schedule after initial training period
