The Clinical Supervisor RN will oversee daily clinical operations, coordinate staffing, ensure adherence to evidence-based practices, and support quality and safety initiatives. This role includes mentoring nurses, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and optimizing patient flow.
