Full job description

UCHealth seeks an LPN for our Acute Care Rehabilitation unit to deliver hands-on, patient-centered nursing care. In this role, you’ll support patients recovering from illness, surgery, or injury by administering medications, monitoring status, and assisting with mobility and ADLs. You’ll work closely with RNs, therapists, and physicians to carry out individualized rehab care plans, educate patients and families, and ensure safety and infection control.
