LPN Acute Care

UCHealth is seeking an LPN for our Acute Care Clinical Care Annex. In this role, you’ll deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care under RN and provider direction. Responsibilities include performing assessments, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, wound care, and assisting with procedures. You’ll coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, document accurately in the EMR, educate patients and families, and support safe transitions of care.
