As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year, you’ll serve full-time in a partner public school, providing academic support and encouragement to students. You will offer small-group and one-on-one tutoring in core subjects, reinforce classroom lessons, and help track student progress. You’ll also build trusting relationships, serve as a positive role model, and support a welcoming, inclusive school climate.
