4x10 schedule -- Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri; 7 am - 5:30 pm or 8 am - 6:30 pm
18 patients per shift
Primary care setting with mental health component
2 exam rooms available
Primary care experience required -- all ages treated
Comfortable with mental health component required
Maternity/paternity leave coverage
We provide complimentary housing and travel
We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice
We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(K) plan

From $70.00 to $90.00 Hourly
Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
