Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support high-quality rehab care in our inpatient setting. Working under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, you will guide patients through therapeutic exercises and ADL training, document progress, and help maintain a safe, nurturing environment. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care and educate patients and families on home programs.
