CenterWell Home Health seeks a compassionate Home Health Speech Language Pathologist to deliver patient-centered therapy in the home. In this role, you will assess speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders; develop and implement individualized treatment plans; and educate patients and caregivers to promote safety, independence, and quality of life.
