Fast-Casual Shift Leader Key Details

• Pay: Starting at $18/hour (raises after 30 days + annually)
• Hours: 35–40 per week
• Schedule: Open availability required (days, nights, weekends)
• Includes 2–3 closing shifts per week

Fast-Casual Shift Leader Responsibilities

• Provide a positive, memorable experience for every guest
• Work as part of a team to meet daily goals
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and efficiency
• Lead by example through attitude and work ethic

Fast-Casual Shift Leader Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old
• 1–2 years of food & beverage experience required
• Able to work 35+ hours weekly with flexible availability
