Registered Nurse Progressive Care

Del Sol Medical Center in El Paso seeks a Progressive Care Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, evidence‑based care for acutely ill adults. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, manage complex telemetry and hemodynamic monitoring, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include medication administration, patient and family education, care coordination, and rapid response to changes in condition. RNs will precept as needed, document accurately in the EHR, uphold safety and infection‑control standards, and support a patient‑first, culturally sensitive environment.
