Join our team as Section Chief (Physician) in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Service (PMRS) - Charlotte, NC

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive pain management care using a biopsychosocial approach.
Coordinate care with a variety of specialties and allied health professionals.
Serve as a leader and mentor in pain program initiatives.
Participate in quality improvement, staff education, and administrative activities.
Ensure compliance with VA, regulatory, and hospital policies.
Requirements:
US. Citizenship: Non-citizens may only be appointed when it is impossible to recruit qualified citizens, in accordance with VA Policy.
Education: A Doctor of Medicine degree or an equivalent degree in allopathic or osteopathic medicine is required.
Licensure: Candidates must possess a current, complete, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in a state, territory, or Commonwealth of the United States, or in the District of Columbia.
Residency: Completion of a residency program in an accredited core specialty.
Board Certification: Candidates must be board-certified or eligible.
Experience with chronic pain management
