Lead Window & Door Installer

Marvin is seeking a Lead Window and Door Installer to oversee high-quality installation of premium residential and commercial products. You will lead a small crew, read and interpret plans, perform accurate measurements, and ensure precise, weather-tight installations. Responsibilities include training and mentoring installers, enforcing safety standards, coordinating with customers and site contractors, and resolving on-site issues.
