Float Pool Registered Nurse – Skilled Nursing & Long-Term Care

Pine Point Center, a Genesis HealthCare facility in Dover, NH, seeks a Float Pool Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care across our skilled nursing, short-term rehab, and long-term care units. In this flexible role, you will float between units based on resident acuity and census, performing assessments, administering medications and treatments, and updating individualized care plans within an interdisciplinary team. You’ll mentor and support CNAs and LPNs, uphold infection control and safety standards, respond to changes in condition, and ensure thorough documentation.
