RN Charge Nurse

Touchstone Communities seeks an RN Charge Nurse to lead nursing care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. Monday–Friday schedule. You will supervise nursing staff, coordinate resident care plans, administer medications, and ensure high-quality clinical outcomes. Collaborate with therapy and interdisciplinary teams, support new nurse onboarding, and promote a safe, person-centered environment rooted in faith-based, servant-leadership values. Ideal candidates bring strong assessment, leadership, and communication skills and a passion for serving seniors and their families.
