What You'll Do
* Ensure incredible service is provided by effectively handling a variety of tasks
* Preparing ingredients to be used by the culinary team as well as creating high quality meals
* Follow proper recipes, knife skills and cooking techniques to provide consistent ingredients and finished products
* Balance prep work while ensuring guests meals are prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high standards
* Comply with applicable State Restaurant Health Codes and Regulations
Requirements
* 1+ years' experience working as a line cook
* Comfortable working in fast-paced, open kitchen environment
* Experience working in a fine dining or upscale establishment
* Strong attention to detail
* Proficient knife skills
