What You'll Be Doing
- Complying with company policy
- Material Handling/Movement
- Welding
This is hands-on, high-skill welding - not light fabrication or bench work.
• What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience welding (ASME code welding is preferred)
- High school diploma or GED is required (Associates degree is preferred)
- Prior ASME welding certificates is required
- Ability to pass on-site weld qualification testing
- Ability to read basic instructions and drawings
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and documentation
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing or shop environment
- Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
- Reliable attendance and teamwork mindset
Schedule
- Monday-Friday: Day and afternoon shift rotation (details reviewed during interview)
- Overtime opportunities based on business needs
Pay & Benefits
- Starting at $26.75/hour with a structured wage progression program that provides opportunities for scheduled pay increases.
- Shift Differential: Additional $3.00 per hour for qualifying shifts
- Retention Bonus: $500 after successfully completing 9 months of employment
- Tool Allowance: One-time reimbursement of up to $250 for eligible job-related tools
