Full job description

US Foods is seeking a Delivery Driver Lead Trainer to safely deliver foodservice products to customers while leading training for new and existing drivers. In this full-time, on-site role, you’ll operate CDL Class A trucks, complete pre- and post-trip inspections, load/unload products, and ensure accurate, on-time deliveries. You will conduct ride-alongs, coach drivers on safety, DOT and food safety compliance, customer service, and best delivery practices. Working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, you’ll collaborate with operations and safety teams to improve processes and help our customers Make It across the country.
