Piedmont Healthcare seeks a Registered Nurse for the Intermediate Care Unit (night shift). In this role, you will deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care to clinically complex patients requiring close monitoring and frequent assessments. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive assessments, managing IV medications and drips per protocol, monitoring telemetry, and responding promptly to changes in patient condition. You will collaborate with physicians and the care team to develop and implement care plans, provide patient and family education, and uphold all safety and infection-prevention standards.
