Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $1640 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Telemetry Unit experience with 9 months within the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Meditech experience is preferred.

• 9 months of acute care experience with 9 months within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - HCA - Central & West TX Division.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Respiratory experience - advanced airways, oxygen management. Cardiac drips - not titrated.

Unit Details: Uses GE Telemetry, Pyxis, and Welch Allyn vital sign monitors. Typical procedures include stress tests, heart cath, CABG, paracentesis, thoracentesis, and chest tubes.

Shift & Scheduling: No call required. Every other weekend scheduling.

Floating Requirements: Float to Med Surg, Med Surg Telemetry, and ED holding for this level of care.
