PUBLIC KEY INFRASTRUCTURE SPECIALIST SENIOR


Advance your career while impacting our national security in cyber as a Public Key Infrastructure Specialist Senior at GDIT. Here, technologists have many paths to grow a meaningful career supporting cyber missions and operations across the federal government. Additionally, you will aid the 24/7 PKI daily operations that directly support Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA) Chief Information Office/G6 (CIO/G6) Cyber Security Directorate CAC/PKI Division; as well as provide planning, design, development, engineering, integration, and technical and operational support to the ADCNOMS project.


MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT

As a Public Key Infrastructure Specialist Senior, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be instrumental to the mission. You will play a crucial role in protecting information systems, strengthening PKI operations, and ensuring the integrity of credentialing processes across critical networks.


• Lead, supervise, manage, and support Registration Authorities to ensure the protection of information systems assets and prevent unauthorized access or destruction

• Collaborate with PKI stakeholders, issuance authorities, cybersecurity teams, and enterprise service providers to maintain secure and compliant PKI operations

• Drive process consistency and operational excellence in CAC/PKI credentialing, token issuance, revocation workflows, and worldwide sustainment activities

• Utilize PKI technologies, RA/LRA procedures, CNSS Instruction No. 1300, X.509, NEATS, SIPR NSS tokens, Microsoft Office and associated tools

• Create and manage training for Trusted agents

• Manage local information repositories and SharePoint sites

Education

BA/BS or equivalent experience


Qualifications/Certifications:

DoD 8570.1-M Certification: IAM Level I Certification

CAC/PKI RA/LRA FAE shall have all the training qualifications per CNSS Instruction No. 1300, paragraph 5.3.3.

The likely salary range for this position is $88,130 - $109,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
