Financial Services

The Office of Financial Services is seeking students who are focused, highly motivated, and self-sufficient. Working hours are M-F.

Students should possess exceptional attention to detail, excellent proofing skills, the ability to multitask, work cooperatively and professionally with others, knowledge of Microsoft Office/Outlook/Excel/Word, and strong customer service and communication skills, both written and oral.

Responsibilities could include, but are not limited to:

Assists Financial Accountants with daily banking transactions, accounting functions, reconciliations, routine financial analysis, data entry, data analysis, scanning, filing, and purging departmental documents, and on occasion, provide customer service to students, staff, and faculty.

Required & Preferred Skills:

Significant competence in math and spreadsheet experience.

Personally Motivated, self-managing, and detail-oriented.

Ability to take responsibility for meeting deadlines and making progress without direct supervision.

Strong oral and written communication skills.
