Full-Time | Friday- Sunday
We are currently seeking a Forge Technician to join our team at our Irvine, CA location. In this role, you will support press operators by performing a variety of tasks essential to the forging process of high-performance materials used in jet engine components for the aerospace industry.
Available Shift & Pay Rate
Weekend 1st Shift(Fri-Sun)
Schedule: 4:00 AM – 5:00 PM | $23-$28/ hour
- Prepare metal stock for forging by staging materials, positioning heated metal stock on forging dies, and removing hot forgings from the dies.
- Complete quality assurance inspections, production records, and part tracking documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare and assemble thermonuclear wiring in accordance with work instructions and quality standards.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment while following all safety procedures and company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervision.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Ability to read, understand, and accurately follow written work instructions.
- Ability to safely lift and move heavy materials as required by the position.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all safety policies and procedures.
- CAD programs (AutocCAD and/or NX preferred)
- Teamcenter is a plus
