Compensation: Up to $28.00/hr depending on experience
What You’ll Do:
- Identify facility related issues, propose a plan of action and promptly execute it
- Utilize ticket system to plan efficient workday time management, respond to all ticket requests within 24 hours
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Heavy deliveries (water, man lift, forklift)
- Assist with and/or perform preventative maintenance
- Occasionally perform janitorial functions for buildings, grounds, and equipment using cost effective, efficient methods
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory agencies and organization policies and procedures
- Office set-up/tear downs
- All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned

What You Bring:
- Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and provide preventative maintenance
- Carpentry skills
- Obtain certifications as appropriate
- Ability to work with HVAC, plumbing, mechanical devices, torches, liquids, and electrical devices
- Ability to operate forklift, skid steer, snowplow, and man lifts
- Ability to work on ladders, roofs, and rare cases, high, precarious places
- Ability to work outdoors in all temperatures
- Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
