Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing individualized Plans of Care, ensuring alignment with the prescribed objectives for each patient.
- Administer hands-on manual therapy techniques and guide patients through functional exercises tailored to their rehabilitation needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment modifications, and adherence to billing standards, utilizing our electronic health record system.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers, to deliver holistic and personalized care to our patients.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding patient care and privacy during all documentation processes.

Qualifications
- Active New York State Physical Therapy Assistant Licensure.
