Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing individualized Plans of Care, ensuring alignment with the prescribed objectives for each patient.
• Administer hands-on manual therapy techniques and guide patients through functional exercises tailored to their rehabilitation needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment modifications, and adherence to billing standards, utilizing our electronic health record system.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers, to deliver holistic and personalized care to our patients.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding patient care and privacy during all documentation processes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, the Physical Therapy Assistant will primarily focus on orthopedic patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions. Our patient demographic often includes athletes, post-operative individuals, and those experiencing mobility challenges. Qualifications

• Active New York State Physical Therapy Assistant Licensure.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 50,000 to 60,000 annually, complemented by potential productivity bonuses based on performance.
