Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience.

• 12 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years).

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Georgia license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone who worked as Part-Time at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Required Skills/Experience: Telemetry/rhythm interpretation experience is required.

Special Requests: Self-scheduling and block-scheduling requests may be accommodated; requests for three consecutive night shifts are accepted, but a schedule of six shifts on followed by one week off is not accommodated. Submission Limit: Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.

Unit Details: Patient ratios are 1:5 on days and 1:6 on nights. Patient population includes all types of patients, including respiratory cases, observation patients pending stress tests, COPD, CIWA, and chest pain. RNs titrate Cardizem and amiodarone drips. For vents, CPAP, BiPAP, and high-flow equipment, RNs call respiratory therapy beyond troubleshooting. The telemonitor is virtual in Arizona; RNs must read their own rhythms and confirm what the CMU placed in the chart; GE monitors are used.

Shift & Scheduling: 5-6 weekend shifts per 6 weeks. Holiday coverage is assigned by A, B, or C team. Travelers are typically not assigned on-call.

Floating Requirements: Travelers are required to float to all 3 campuses.

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
