Manpower is currently seeking a Tax Analyst for an temporary opportunity with a growing organization in Troy, MI. This position is ideal for an experienced tax professional looking to contribute to tax compliance, reporting, and process improvement initiatives while partnering with teams across the organization.

Job Title: Tax Account

Location: Troy, MI

Pay Range: $60k to $100k based on experience
Length of Assignment - 3 to 5 months

What’s the Job?

• Prepare and review quarterly and annual tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740, including related footnote disclosures.
• Support the preparation and review of U.S. federal and state income tax returns.
• Manage and review fixed asset accounts and related tax implications.
• Prepare tax-related journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist with sales and use tax compliance, as well as property tax reporting, in collaboration with external advisors.
• Partner with international teams to support U.S. GAAP tax compliance.

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required. CPA and/or Master's in Taxation preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in public accounting and/or corporate tax.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state tax compliance requirements.
• Experience preparing and reviewing ASC 740 tax provisions.
• Partnership taxation experience highly preferred.
• Exposure to U.S. international and foreign tax concepts is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with OneStream and OneSource preferred.
