Registered Nurse Float Pool

St. David’s Medical Center in Austin, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse for our PCU/Med Surg Float Pool. In this role, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adult patients across progressive care and medical-surgical units, adapting quickly to changing acuity and unit needs. You will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, coordinate multidisciplinary care, and educate patients and families. RNs in the Float Pool collaborate closely with a supportive, patient-centered team committed to safety, clinical excellence, and continuous learning, with strong opportunities for professional growth.
