Hospital Highlights:
* Independent Catholic hospital with 125+ years of history
* 440 beds and a brand-new four-story OR building
* 5 da Vinci robots, 2 lasers, and 2 full ureteroscopy setups
* Advanced technologies including Focal One, Rezum, Aquablation, Thunderbeat, and urodynamics/uroflow in clinic
Position Highlights:
* General urology position. Subspeciality interests, including FPMRS or urologic oncology, may be supported within a general framework
* Join a team of three full-time urologists and four dedicated APPs
* 1:4 call, with APPs taking first call and hospitalists handling admissions
* Flexible 3-day clinic / 2-day OR with dedicated OR block time
* High volume practice-ample opportunity for rapid ramp-up
* Supportive team culture with minimal competition and excellent partner relationships
* One hospital, one EMR, and a seamless workflow with the clinic just steps from the hospital
* Open to J1 and H-1B visa candidates
* 2-year guaranteed base salary or production-based model with ancillary income opportunities
