experienced, Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

to join our primary care practice in Longmont, Colorado. This is a rewarding opportunity to

Position Highlights:

Flexible scheduling:

4-day work week option available

Outpatient clinic: M-F schedule with no weekends

18-20 patients per day

in a busy, well-established clinic

36 hours of patient contact per week; 4 hours admin time

Limited shared call (phone consult only)

Medical assistants, front desk, and leadership support

Clinical responsibilities to include all ages, wellness and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized procedures according to the candidates interest

Qualifications:

2+ years post-graduate experience in an outpatient primary care setting required

Board Certified FNP

Valid Colorado license

(or ability to obtain one)

Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment

Compensation & Benefits:

$120,000-$145,000 (based on experience) plus incentives
