Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice: Required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree: Required; only if obtained license on or after January 2016; or foreign equivalent.

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Friday 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
• No call required.

Willits offers access to Northern California outdoor destinations and a quieter small-town setting. The city sits along U.S. Route 101 in Mendocino County and is about 25 miles from Mendocino National Forest, making hiking, camping, and scenic drives accessible on days off.
