Outpatient MRI Technologist

The Medical University of South Carolina seeks an Outpatient MRI Technologist to perform high-quality MRI exams in an academic health setting. The technologist will coordinate outpatient imaging schedules, prepare and position patients, operate MRI equipment, and follow radiation safety and MRI safety protocols. This role collaborates with radiologists, nurses, and learners to support accurate diagnoses and teaching. The technologist will ensure detailed documentation in the EMR, maintain equipment quality, and provide compassionate patient care aligned with MUSC’s mission of innovation, education, and community service.
