This job is part of the Latin America & Caribbean Sales Planning Team within the Global Sales Organization. This position is responsible for engaging in performance analysis, execution of commercial strategy, and supports key business objectives. This will require a creative, energetic, and self-motivated candidate who thrives in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What you'll do

- Leads multi-phased projects requiring coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Applies advanced analytical techniques utilizing Sales, Revenue Management, Network Planning, and Customer Insights & Loyalty data to recognize performance drivers and identify areas of opportunity
- Anticipates and proactively responds to account manager issues and queries
- Aims towards becoming a subject matter expert in corporate and agency reporting
- Prepare and deliver presentations for customers and leadership that showcase business performance trends, offer marketplace insights, and provide actionable next steps
- Formulate, coordinate, implement, and track action plans that support broader divisional strategies
- Represent Global Sales at cross-commercial meetings and at various Sales functions
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/training required
- 3 years related work experience
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- MBA or equivalent degree a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI); SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, and Power Automate
- Sales, Sales Planning, Revenue Management, and/or Network Planning experience a plus
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
- Strong communication and presentation skills; includes building presentations for senior leadership and public speaking
- Competency to synthesize complex topics into simple, clear conclusions and recommendations
- Should possess superior financial and analytical skills, sound organizational and planning skills, and a proven ability to prioritize and make sound business decisions
- Ability to accept ownership, responsibility, and accountability for functional obligations, managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and adapting to a changing environment
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Minimal travel required
