The Role and What You’ll Do:

This role will support the development and launch of licensed products from concept through retail launch. This role partners closely with licensees and brand teams to guide product development, manage approvals, track milestones, and ensure alignment with brand standards and category strategies. In this role, you will review product submissions, monitor timelines, and facilitate feedback to keep projects on schedule. Additionally, this role supports product performance tracking to drive successful launches and maximize brand impact at retail.

This is a part time position, working a total of 25 - 27 hours per week over 4 or 5 working days.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Rate Minimum:

$15.00 hourly (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum wage thresholds)

Hiring Rate Maximum:

$20.00 hourly
