Full job description

We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist to develop, administer, and support email marketing solutions, journeys, automations, integrations, and reporting within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Primary Responsibilities

*Develop and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journeys, Automations, and SQL queries.

*Administer and support Marketing Cloud applications and environments.

*Manage day-to-day email operations, configurations, and business support.

*Monitor integrations, alerts, email performance, and business reporting.

*Manage web certificate renewals, email archiving, and user roles/access.

*Support REST/SOAP integrations and troubleshoot integration issues.

*Coordinate with multiple technical and business teams to deliver solutions.

*Support risk management and operational activities for Marketing Cloud.

Required Qualifications

*Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience and Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification.

*Strong SQL and database administration experience.

*Proficiency in JavaScript and HTML.

*Experience with REST/SOAP web services, SOA principles, and integration best practices.

*Hands-on experience with Postman and SOAPUI.

*Strong communication, coordination, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
