Cargill is seeking a Production Manager to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations in a fast-paced food production facility. You will oversee production planning, staffing, and equipment utilization to meet safety, quality, and efficiency targets. Partnering with QA, maintenance, and supply chain, you will drive continuous improvement using lean tools, monitor KPIs, control costs, and ensure regulatory and food safety compliance. You will coach and develop frontline supervisors and operators, fostering a culture of integrity, safety, and inclusive, innovative problem-solving aligned with Cargill’s sustainability goals.
