Restaurant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• 5+ Years of General Manager Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
• Scratch Kitchen Experience with a strong appreciation for food quality and execution
• Proven Leadership Skills with a servant-leader mentality
• Strong Business Acumen and experience managing sales, labor, food costs, and profitability
• Exceptional Communication & Attention to Detail
