Beauty Manufacturing Plant Technician

Procter & Gamble’s Iowa City Beauty Manufacturing Plant is seeking a Plant Technician to operate and maintain automated equipment producing P&G beauty products. In this on-site role, you’ll run high-speed lines, perform changeovers, conduct quality checks, and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues to keep production safe, efficient, and on-spec. You’ll follow GMP, safety, and SOP standards, accurately record production data, and collaborate with engineers and teammates on continuous improvement.
