Beauty Manufacturing Plant Technician

Procter & Gamble seeks a Plant Technician for its Iowa City Beauty Manufacturing facility. In this hands-on role, you’ll operate and monitor high-speed processing and packaging equipment, perform changeovers and basic mechanical adjustments, and execute routine quality checks to ensure our beauty products meet exacting standards. You’ll work on-site in a safety- and GMP-driven environment, support preventive maintenance, document production data, and partner with cross-functional teams to hit throughput, quality, and uptime targets while contributing to continuous improvement and 5S initiatives.
