Kaiser Permanente seeks a Behavioral Medicine Specialist to provide evidence-based psychological and behavioral health services within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. You will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, deliver brief interventions, and collaborate with primary care and specialty teams to support patients with chronic illness, pain, and mental health conditions. Responsibilities include individual and group counseling, care planning, outcome tracking, and patient education. You’ll help design innovative, integrated care pathways and contribute to quality-improvement initiatives while working in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment focused on whole-person care.
